Hello, friends, last time we tested the printing speed of ProtoFab 3D printer through three professional evaluation models and compared it with other brand 3D printers, so that our customers can make more professional and objective reference. Test one:Printing Time Comparison Test for Yingshuo Model

Objective: To test the printing time of the customer-supplied model at the fastest speed of DLC equipment.
Software Version: Test Version: Sirius 6.6.4

Equipment Dimension : 450mm x 450mm x 400mm
Machine Optical Path Form: Fixed Spot

The test steps are as follows:
Step 1: Load the experimental model into the software for time calculation and printing
Step 2: Save time data after completion
Step 3: Clean the model after done and check the results
Test Result:
1.The predicted print time of the model is 2:36:11, the actual print time is 2:29:17, so the time estimated error is about 1.11%.
2. Comparing the time data provided by customers: the text data Dv_Build 6:03:00 hours, the speed ratio is about 2.45 times.
3. Normal Forming Uniform texture
Result analysis:
DLC devices print customer-provided models in fast mode ,which is about 2.45 times faster.

Test two :Printing Time Comparison Test for Tyreheng-BBB (18 shoes) model

Objective :To test the printing time of the customer-supplied model at the fastest speed of DLC equipment.
Software Version: Test Version: Sirius 6.6.4
Printer Type: ProtoFab - SLA600 DLC
Printer Dimension : 600 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm
Machine Optical Path Form: Variable Spot

The test steps are as follows:
Step 1: Load the experimental model into the software for time calculation and printing
Step 2: Save time data after completion
Step 3: Clean the model after done and check the results
Test Result:
1.The predicted print time of the model is 16:35:29, the actual print time is 14:59:33, so the time estimated error is about 1.25%.
2. Comparing the time data provided by customers: the text data Dv_Build 17 hours, the speed ratio is about 1.9 times.

Test Three :Model Printing Time Comparison Test for guangdong’s client

Objective :To test the printing time of the customer-supplied model at the fastest speed of DLC equipment.

Printer Dimension : 600 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm

The test steps are as follows:
Step 1: Load the experimental model into the software for time calculation and printing
Step 2: Save time data after completion
Step 3: Clean the model after done and check the results
Test Result:
1. The estimated printing time of model DLC with variable spot is 9:15:11 and the actual printing time is 9:10:26. So estimated error is about 1.08%.
2. Comparing the time data provided by customers: Dv_Build predicts the printing time at 45:11:00, the actual printing time is 47:16:03, So the speed of variable spot DLC printer is about 4.53 times faster.
3. Comparing the time data provided by customers: Zero variable spot predicted printing time is 25:42:00, the actual print time is 26:54:14, so the speed of DLC printer is about 2.93 times faster
4. The estimated time of SLA600 DLC with fixed spot equipment is 11:14:09, which is about 3.69 times faster than Dv_Build and 2.39 times faster than Zero.
